We help guide you through every step of the onboarding process. Here’s what to expect:

• Initial Consultation: We’ll evaluate your family’s situation and determine eligibility.
• Training: You’ll receive caregiver training to prepare you for your new role.
• Employment: Once onboarded, you’ll become a W-2 employee of Haven Home Care with regular pay.
• Ongoing Support: We offer supervision, continued training, and access to resources so you’re never alone in your caregiving journey.

In many cases, children, and other relatives providing care for an elderly loved one may qualify. You must:

• Be over 18 years of age
• Have the ability to perform non-medical care tasks
• Pass a background check and basic training

• Earn a steady income for care you’re already providing
